Your fans' Telegram chats, your team and your Fangate sales in one place.
Fangate Chats is the chat inbox for Fangate creators and agencies. Your fans keep writing to you on Telegram like before – you answer them here, send paid messages straight from your Fangate vault and see who bought what, without switching apps. Agencies run their whole chat team in it.
Three roles:
Owners and managers see the full menu; chatters see Chats, Fans and My earnings.
Signing in from Fangate, joining a team, several workspaces.
Through Fangate – there is no separate sign-up. In the Fangate web app, click Chats in the menu. The first time, click Activate Chats; Fangate Chats then opens in a new tab and signs you in automatically. On the Fangate Chats login page, Open Fangate → takes you the same way.
Your owner or manager invites you. Open the email You've been invited, click Accept invitation and set a password. Chatters can also get a one-time join link (valid for 7 days): enter your name, email, password and time zone and click Join team. From then on you sign in on the Fangate Chats login page with your email and password.
Click Forgot password? on the login page and follow the link in the email. If you sign in from Fangate, use your Fangate login instead.
Yes – for example your own and a team you were invited to. On desktop, click your name at the top right → Select account. Each workspace has its own Telegram accounts, team and vault. Switching isn't available on phones yet.
Three ways to connect, the reply-only rule, account status.
Settings → Telegram accounts → Add Telegram account or bot (or Connect on Home). Pick one of three ways:
Agencies first choose which creator the account is for.
Choose Your own Telegram account, tick I understand the risks and the reply-only rule., pick the country of your number and sign in:
The account is named after your Telegram profile and linked to your Fangate vault automatically.
With the phone login you can answer anyone who wrote to you first, but you can't start a chat with someone new. It protects your real Telegram account: use an aged account on a real SIM and avoid mass messaging – a ban hits your real account. Need more? Contact support.
In Telegram, open @BotFather, send /newbot and follow the steps. Then go to Settings → Automations → + Create a bot, enter a Bot name, paste the Bot token and click Create bot.
Each account under Settings → Telegram accounts shows its status:
Reconnect on the account switches it back on if it was disconnected on purpose. If an account stays Disconnected, contact support.
No – a Telegram account or bot can only be connected in one workspace. If it's already connected elsewhere, Fangate Chats tells you where; ask that workspace to invite you instead.
Answering fans, PPV, free media, voice and quick replies.
Type and press Enter (Shift+Enter for a new line). Hover a message and click … – or right-click it – for reactions, Reply, Copy text, Pin in this chat and, on your own messages, Edit and Delete for everyone. Right after sending you can Undo for 5 seconds.
Click the lock (Paid message, key P) and pick a product. What goes out shows what the fan pays; you can edit the title, set Your price (not below your minimum), adjust the blur and add a message. Send it as a Fangate card (Send via Mini App) or as a plain link (Send as link). The card shows its status live: sent, payment pending, bought.
In the vault window (Vault / Create PPV, or + → Free photo or video) open Vault media and select approved files – folders, filters, sort and search help you find them. In the side panel add a title or public description (one of them at least 15 characters) and a price (not below the minimum shown); options: Allow download and Expires after 24h. Create PPV creates the product and opens it ready to send.
Yes, from the vault: select files and click Send as free media, or use + → Free photo or video. Photos and videos always come from your Fangate vault – there's no upload from your device in the chat. Chatters need the permission Send free media.
On the Vault page: Upload files. Fangate reviews new files before they can be sold. Products lists everything you sell, with price, sales and earnings.
Click the microphone (Voice message): Record voice message records in your browser, Send audio file as voice sends an audio file from your device (MP3, M4A or OGG work best). It goes out as a Telegram voice message.
Saved answers: type / and the shortcut in any chat, or click the quick-reply button. Managers set them up under Settings → Quick replies – for all creators or for one.
Search above the chat list; fans online and unread filter the list, and Filter adds status, chatter, tags and lists. Inside a chat, the magnifier (Search in chat, desktop) narrows the loaded messages to matches.
Right-click the chat in the list, or open More actions in the chat header:
Usually one of these:
Chatters can't send links, @usernames or phone numbers – only the creator's own Fangate links. This keeps fans with the creator; blocked attempts appear in the team's activity log.
In Telegram Business chats, Telegram doesn't pass some media to bots – you'll see "Media not downloadable"; open the chat on your phone. With the phone login, files over 35 MB aren't loaded – open them in the Telegram app.
Fan panel, tags and lists, notes, VIPs and whales.
The fan panel: lifetime value and rank among the creator's fans, Likes (tags), When they buy, Notes, Offers & purchases and Lists & automation. Chatters see amounts only with the permission See fan spending. On phones, tap Fan info.
In the fan panel under Likes, click + add, type a tag and press Enter. On the Fans page, use Add tag or Add to list. Managers create shared tags and lists under Settings → Lists & tags; built-in smart lists such as Whale, VIP, Buyers and Lapsed are already there.
+ Note in the fan panel saves a note with your name and the date. The whole team sees them; Pin note keeps one on top.
Fans who have spent more than a set amount with the creator. Managers set both values under Settings → Fan tiers, in the creator's currency; every whale is also a VIP. They get badges, lists and filters, and their chats go to their usual chatter first.
Fans in the menu: every fan with stage, total spent, purchases, last message and chatter – sortable, filterable, with smart lists. Click a fan for their page and history; Export data saves a fan's details (chatters need Export contacts). Chatters see the fans of their own creators.
If a fan sends just "stop", auto-messages and mass messages to them end; "start" brings them back. The same switch is in the fan panel: Exclude from mass messages.
Roles, access, shifts, fan distribution and pay.
Team → Invite chatter: enter the email, choose Chatter or Manager, optionally Start with the permissions of an existing member, and click Send invite. For chatters, Copy link gives a one-time join link instead (valid for 7 days); managers are invited by email only. Pending invites are listed under Open invites.
Only the creators you give them: Team → Members → the member → Creators & accounts; per account under Settings → Telegram accounts → Chatters assigned; or in Team → Fan distribution (★ Core, ✓ Helper, – No access). Chatters see every chat of their creators – answering a free chat makes it theirs, a colleague's chat is read-only.
Per chatter: Send paid messages, Send free media, See fan spending, Send campaigns, Hide Telegram handles, Export contacts – and Lowest price they can offer for their paid messages.
Chatters click Start shift to begin, Break to pause and End shift to finish – writing works only during a shift. When ending, they choose Keep my chats (they stay theirs; if a fan writes meanwhile, someone on shift takes over) or Hand over to team, and can leave a note for whoever takes over. Managers plan shifts under Team → Shifts (Fixed hours, Full day or Flexible) and see who's working under Team → Overview.
Team → Fan distribution. With Automatic distribution: on, a waiting chat runs through the Standard Flow, step by step after the minutes you set: e.g. Caretaker (the chatter who knows the fan) → Core team ★ → Helpers ✓ → Queue (anyone with access can take it) → Manager (an alert in the bell and on Telegram). Only chatters on shift receive chats. Edit next to a creator gives them their own flow.
Per member under Team → Members: % of sales (after fees), Per hour on shift, or Both; managers can also get a fixed amount. Team → Payroll shows what's still to pay per period (daily, weekly, every 14 days or monthly), with Mark as paid and Export CSV. Chatters see their own numbers under My earnings.
Whoever sent the last offer for that product in the buyer's chat – otherwise the chatter the chat is assigned to. Sales from auto-messages count for the automation. Managers can change it with Move last sale… in the chat.
Yes: Pause all on the Team page stops sending for everyone, managers included, until you resume; single members can be paused on their member page. Fans can still write. Team → Activity logs sales, price and permission changes, shifts, handovers, blocked messages and payouts.
Sale alerts, Analytics and Wallet.
Every sale appears as an alert in the app, in the bell and in the Sales feed above the chat list (Only my sales shows yours); it's also noted in the buyer's chat. Chatters get alerts for their own chats. Nothing to set up – Fangate Chats connects to your Fangate account by itself. Under Settings → Notifications you can add Sound on new sale and New message alerts in your browser.
Yes: Settings → Notifications → Link Telegram and scan the code with the phone that should get the messages. Then choose Send me every sale on Telegram, a Daily summary and Quiet hours.
Analytics has the tabs Overview, Chats, Chatters, Sales, Fans and Creators – revenue against the previous period, first-reply times, chat-to-purchase funnel, chatter revenue per hour, best prices and selling times, top fans and more. Filter by creator, chatter, source and period (including a custom range), switch Net/Gross and Export each tab as CSV.
Your Fangate balance: Available, On hold and Requested, plus the latest bookings. Agencies see their own share and each creator's balance. Payouts are requested in Fangate.
Auto-messages, rules and bots.
Message flows per creator that run by themselves. Start from a template – New fan writes first, Not bought within 24h, Fan buys something, VIP: no buy in 30 days, Fan writes outside your hours – or New auto-message, with steps such as a message, a free photo, a PPV, a wait, a tag or assigning a chatter. They stop as soon as a chatter replies, and on what you choose under Stop when. Sales from them count for the automation.
Settings → Automations → + Add rule. When a fan's message contains a keyword, a chat opens or reopens, or a status or tag changes, the rule runs actions on one Telegram account – e.g. Send reply, Send PPV, Add tag, Assign chatter or Change status. Turn a rule off with its switch; Delete removes it.
Bots under Settings → Automations → Your bots answer a fan's first message with a text you set; rules can run on them too. Remove takes a bot and its chats out of Fangate Chats – the bot itself stays in Telegram.
Settings, tracking links, agencies, password and security.
Telegram accounts, Quick replies, Lists & tags, Fan tiers, Notifications, Automations, Tracking links, Proxies and My account. Chatters see Notifications and My account.
Links for Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, X or anywhere else that open the creator's Telegram chat. Fans arrive with a pre-filled first message, so you see where they came from: clicks, new fans, buyers and revenue per link. Create them under Settings → Tracking links; the creator needs a Telegram username.
The phone login connects each Telegram account through its own fixed address, which Fangate provides. Under Settings → Proxies you see them and can add your own.
Through your agency relationship in Fangate. Once you've agreed to an agency there, it can connect and answer your fan chats in Fangate Chats; when you end the relationship in Fangate, its access ends too.
Click your name at the top right → My account → Change password. If you sign in from Fangate, your login is your Fangate account – change the password there.
Click your name at the top right → Logout. On a phone: open the menu → Logout.
Encrypted on our servers – bot tokens, Telegram logins and Fangate keys. Your Fangate key never reaches your browser.
Write to us via support. We review the request, keep audit records as required, then delete your data permanently.
Using Chats on a phone, and what isn't there yet.
Yes. On narrow screens it switches to a phone layout: tabs for Home, Chats, Fans, Overview and Settings (chatters: Home, Chats, Settings), a menu for everything else, and the fan panel as a sheet. Add it to your home screen (iPhone: Share → Add to Home Screen) to get sale notifications on your phone.
Telegram's own limits – media in Business chats, what a bot sees in groups, the 24-hour reply window – are platform rules, not bugs.
